If I understand what yous are saying correctly the Windows 10 operating system cannot rail and collect whatsoever in private web browsing information during an private web browsing activity in any browser (and as you propose Windows x Bone cannot practise so after an in private browsing session has ended).

Yep, when you browse in In-private browsing in whatsoever of the browser your browsing data, such as cookies, history, or temporary files will not be saved.  In-private browsing does not salvage any of the browsing information.
